Deleting Archived Lists

You can now delete archived lists, this has been a requested feature from many customers which we’re happy to deliver. Simply click on the delete link that appears beside a list in the ‘Contacts’ screen.


Enhancements

We’ve updated servers to a new major version, allowing us to add additional support.


Fixes

  • An issue that was causing the name of some parent accounts to appear blank within the terms of service web page has been fixed.

New Features

View Campaign Types page

By popular request we’ve added a new Campaign Types page, making it easier to view your templates and select the correct campaign in the create campaign form. This new  page includes the name, initial message, message template variables, required contact fields and last updated date for each Campaign Type.


Enhancements

Edit Campaign details

Using the ‘Edit’ feature, you can now update details of existing campaigns. This eliminates the need to re-create campaigns from scratch with the correct details.



How it works:

You can View or Edit by clicking on the name of the campaign or by using the 3 dot (…) action menu and clicking ‘Edit’.
  1. If the campaign is in a Draft status, then all fields can be updated.
  2. If the campaign is in an Active status, then all fields other than Campaign Type and Contact list ID can be updated.
  3. If the campaign is in an Deactivated status, no fields can be updated.


Fixes

  • We’ve fixed an issue that preventing some users from logging out using the UI.
  • The API endpoint ‘https://{{host}}/v1/touchpoint_type_names’ now shows an empty list when the account doesn’t have any touchpoint types.
  • We’ve changed the default font size and color for fields and dropdowns in the UI
  • The campaign list table has been changed from fixed width to minimum width, making it more responsive
  • The ‘secure’ column will no longer become disabled when editing an active conversation from the UI.
  • The clickable area for fields and dropdowns in Conversr now matches the UI element.
  • We’ve increased the elevation for important UI elements.
  • We’ve added pagination to the view campaigns screen for Conversr, making it easier to navigate.
