InformationTitleRecently Released - July 2026: New campaign and WhatsApp template featuresURL Namerecently-released-july-2026AnswerJuly 2026 product updates This month, we completed the move to the latest Campaigns experience, expanded payment APIs and improved the reliability of SMS, MMS, WhatsApp and account reporting. New features All customers moved to the latest Campaigns experience The final accounts using the classic Campaigns interface have now been moved to the latest version. Existing message templates will continue to work. Campaign tracked links and opt-out links now use the secure https://tapth.at/ domain. Because the new links are eight characters longer, messages close to the 160-character SMS limit may use an additional segment. Opt-out links added using [unsub-reply-link] or [opt-out-link] are now click-only. Test and reuse WhatsApp templates more easily You can now send a test message directly from a WhatsApp template. Kudosity automatically selects the available sender and populates the message with sample content. A new copy action also makes it easier to reuse an approved Meta template when creating a single WhatsApp send. More visibility into Sender ID registrations Selected customers can now search, filter, sort and export Sender ID registration records. Parent accounts can view registrations belonging to their client accounts, while the new In Progress status provides a clearer view of Sender IDs moving through ACMA verification. Enhancements More reliable MMS delivery MMS delivery has been strengthened to reduce lost or duplicate messages. Failed sends are retained for retry, retry timing has been improved, and media downloads now use clearer timeout and file-size controls. MMS sends also follow the same postpaid and overdraft balance rules as SMS. Improved WhatsApp template management WhatsApp template improvements include: Clearer previews for media and formatted text Per-card buttons in carousel templates Support for portrait video Media replacement when an approved template’s media is unavailable Campaign filtering in the WhatsApp activity log and API When no sender is included in a WhatsApp API request, Kudosity can now use the account’s default sender. Easier payment-method management Customers can now remove their default payment method through a guided flow. Payment changes are also reflected more quickly throughout the platform.
