Monthly Usage Reports for Omnichannel

We’ve replaced the legacy SMS report with a new Monthly Usage page that includes SMS, MMS, RCS and WhatsApp. 

This features:

• A new MMS tab with monthly Sent and .CSV export
• New WhatsApp and RCS tabs with monthly Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed and Replies

Improved WhatsApp Documentation

Webhooks

We’ve published new documentation (here) for WHATSAPP_STATUS and WHATSAPP_INBOUND webhook events, including payload examples for:

• Delivered
• Read
• Failed
• Rich content messages

Template Creation

To help you get started we've published new documentation (here) introducing WhatsApp template types. These are pre-approved message formats, that may consist of various components depending on the category.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue causing MMS Split Sending to dispatch all messages immediately, instead of the configured intervals
• We've improved the accuracy of the progress display on the MMS Activity Page
