Enhancements

New API endpoints

To onboard and send with our new WhatsApp and RCS endpoints you'll need a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) or RCS Business Agent. Login to your account, and click "Overview" under "Channels" to get started.

WhatsApp

  • New GET /v2/whatsapp/messages list endpoint with custom date range support.

RCS

  • Date range filtering added to GET /v2/rcs/messages
  • Datetime fields truncated to seconds for consistency.

Personal Numbers

  • New GET /v2/senders/registrations endpoint with OpenAPI spec for listing Personal Mobile Numbers.

Note:  This list endpoint doesn't include Virtual Mobile Numbers or Alphanumeric Sender IDs.

SMPP

  • SMPP connections now support TLS v1.3 (or VPN), offering higher transport layer security, encryption and protection.
  • We've developed a new service to better recover dropped SMPP connections.

Fixes

  • The Terms and Conditions and Number Verification page no longer flicker to the Activity Page during onboarding.
  • Fixed an billing discrepancy issue between Volume and DLR on some accounts.
  • WhatsApp activity customer date filter was sending UTC dates instead of the user's local timezone (now respects local and accepts end_date).
  • API error responses on GET List Sender Registrations now return the standardised format
  • Sender DELETE endpoint now returns 204 No Content (was returning 200 with body)
  • Mobile-only page no longer renders for owner or alias users.
