Enhancements

Senders

To help businesses prepare for the SMS Sender ID Register in Australia (1 July, 2026) we've overhauled the Senders page with a modern, unified view of all Sender types (including Virtual Mobile Numbers, branded Sender IDs, and Personal Numbers):

• This includes labels and optional filters for Price, Billing Status and Billing Date (renewals)
• Parent accounts will see a second tab for Client Senders, with an additional filter for client name
• Your inactive senders now show the lease cost before you decide to renew
• The Inbound Automation tab now asks you to save changes before you navigate away
• Added a New "Shared Number" button and modal on the Senders page for default forward-to-email configuration
• We've also deployed a dismissible registration reminder for accounts with a branded (Alphanumeric) sending to Australia
• Consolidated auto-reply options from Inbound Automation.

These are improved foundations, as we help businesses navigate and simplify compliance across the regions you send to.

Billing

• We've updated the billing page layout with a cleaner look
• You'll now receive email copies of receipts for top-ups, billing notifications and failed payment attempts
• We've further enhanced the security and fraud detection when managing a Payment Method
• Receipt links are now available for one time top-ups

Fixes

• Fixed an OTP issue for newly created accounts in Australia
• Fixed an issue causing a UPDATE_MFA_FAILED error when enabling MFA across many accounts
• Added OpenAPI validation for Sender API endpoints
• Added attempts remaining field to verification-code validation error responses
