Campaign verification is required when the total number of MMS campaign recipients, API sends and SMS campaign recipients exceed the Daily Limit. Conversr New Features You can now add multiple operators to transition emails. Conversations can be configured to send to the most appropriate person or team in your organisation, allowing you to better triage conversations. We’ve also improved our Quick Response Options to better escalate cases. E.g. Support teams can use the new Quick Response Options to forward an operator transition email to Customer Retention if a contact queries a new product or signals cancellation.
