Send a link to a form to allow contacts to update their info directly to your list.

Using our Track Link feature you can send a link to a built in form that allows recipients to update their info directly to your list. This is very useful for keeping your recipient details up-to-date.

Select Contact Update Form from Track Links

From the Send SMS screen select Contact Update Form from the Track Links drop down

Confirm contact list you are updating and then click on ACTIVATE button

Please ensure you have created the relevant fields you require in your contact list eg. click on CUSTOM FIELDS and create an EMAIL field to appear as a blank field to be populated on your contact form.

The Contact update form link is inserted into your message.

Each member of your list will receive a message with a unique link that goes to a secure form that will allow them to update their info directly.

The TEST SMS function does not implement the destination URL. You will need to send a real message to test the function properly.

Once the recipient has completed the form and submitted the details in your list will be updated.

View your contact details in the list to see the updated data.
