In order to protect our client accounts from fraudulent use we limit all accounts ability to add significant top ups until they have been approved.

To increase your credit, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your  account

2. Navigate to the Billing screen

3. Next to "Daily Top Up Limit", click the "Apply for increase" link

4. Fill out and submit the form.

Approvals will only take a few minutes during normal business hours. If we have any doubts about your application, we will call you to clarify.
